Refund policy

Prissy In Pink Designs, LLC is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

 

All items are made custom for each order and as a result we are unable to offer RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTION. All apparel sales are FINAL. Orders returned without permission will be refused . 

If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please send an email to ladonnadbrown26@gmail.com. 

and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. In the event a refund is granted it will be minus the shipping costs in the form of store credit.
